Programs

Three disciplines. Taken together or one at a time.

Every CI Studio engagement starts with a two-week capital position audit. From there, founders take the discipline they need most, or all three run as one program.

Program 01

Finance

For teams whose model was built for a pitch and is now meeting diligence.

  • Operating model rebuilt for hardware: capex schedule, unit economics at low volume, test and certification cycles, inventory and lead-time cash.
  • Use-of-funds tied to milestones investors can underwrite, not a headcount list.
  • Round structure and valuation logic: size, instrument, pre/post, option pool, and what each choice does to the next round.
  • Data room and diligence prep; the question list before investors ask it.

Ends with: a fund-ready model and round structure that survive a lead investor's diligence.

Program 02

Working Capital

For teams that need runway and don't want to raise equity at the wrong price.

  • Runway plan with every non-dilutive path mapped: SBIR/STTR, AFWERX, SpaceWERX, DIU and other defense programs, state and federal grants.
  • Customer-funded and revenue-backed structures: pilots, NRE, prepayments, milestone contracts with primes and integrators.
  • Venture debt and equipment financing: when it fits, who lends to hardware, and what covenants to refuse.
  • Procurement timing: how a defense award actually pays, and how to bridge the gap.

Ends with: a funded runway plan, with at least one non-dilutive or customer-funded award in motion.

Program 03

Capital Intelligence

For teams who have a company worth funding and don't know who funds it.

  • Sequenced investor map: who funds this stage, this sector and this kind of hardware, drawn from GenLab's and OIF II's network and multi-model AI research.
  • Strategic and corporate paths: primes, integrators and sovereign capital that invest for access, not just return.
  • Narrative and positioning tested against what each investor type actually underwrites.
  • Alternative capital system: support across every path to funding, including fundraising.

Ends with: a sequenced investor map and narrative, ready for the raise.
